Sizarina Hamisi is a gender equality specialist, certified counsellor and transformational mentor with over ten years of experience advancing women's leadership, economic empowerment and community-level change across Tanzania and East Africa.

She is the Founder and CEO of Chimwemwe Counselling Hub, a platform providing psychosocial support, mental health counselling and personal development for women, youth and families and serves as Senior Consultant at Naserian Axis, delivering strategic advisory and capacity development at the intersection of gender equality, leadership and institutional strengthening.

Sizarina has facilitated transformational leadership programmes for over 200 women and men across Tanzania, with professional experience spanning UN Women, UNFPA Tanzania and international NGOs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Counselling Psychology and postgraduate qualifications in Gender-Based Violence, Family Planning and Strategic Leadership.Her mentoring philosophy is grounded in one conviction: lasting change begins inside a person before it is visible in a system.
